The field supervisors conduct unannounced visitation to various sites and document their observations, which are submitted to management for administrative review and assessment.

They also provide on-site training, supervision, and support.

We have a progressive wage structure designed to increase the hourly rates of our security guards as they dedicate their services to the company.

As an appreciation, we reward our security guards with a financial incentive for their outstanding contribution.

They are also paid overtime for hours worked beyond their regular schedule and are entitled to 90 days no pay leave.

We want to offer our Security Guards Health Insurance benefits. Still, we are not able to offer this benefit at this time because of the order to stay competitive and the length of contracts, but our security guards have insurance through the State-Sponsored Health Insurance Programs.

However, we found that after security guards have been working at a site for an extended period and proven his professionalism, the client is often receptive to negotiate this benefit.

In the meantime, we encourage our security guards to explore their Medicaid enrollment possibilities.

We are hands-on in our approach and directly connect with all our clients regularly because the management team is small and involved.

The management team conducts unannounced inspections and visitation to all our sites, resolving any problems or issues on the spot.

Recently, we observed clients are switching from other security companies and coming to our security company mainly because of the lengthy decision-making process of those security management teams.

It seems quite evident that those companies always left the clients to resolve simple issues, resulting in the clients often left alone to deal with their own issues.

We are hands-on in our approach and go the extra mile to solve issues on the spot.

Adirondacks Protection Services, is financially strong for its size and uses its own financing for growth and working capital.
