The Security Guards at our NYC Office was very helpful in assisting me in finding my pocket book and a phone call. Once I told the Security Guard what my problem was, He said, 'Mom, that is not a problem and take some notes Within the next few minutes, the Security Guard returned with my pocket book, and offers me to use his phone to call home. Gee Wee! I have not seen a Security Guard like the one I saw at the Design Showhouse at the Hempstead House at Sand Point, NY, on September 1, 2013. I assume that guy had to be an ex marine from the way he stands, the way he walks and the way he dresses. He stands very erect, he walks up right and very militarized, immaculately attired in a yellow polo with security guards company logo and security guard service patches and badges, well pressed black pants and a shinning black shoes. His presence was immediately noticeable upon walking into the House. I could not have resisted asking him his name to which he politely responded with a smart smile and ended with a 'Yes Mom.' Sentinel Security Guard Company is the best Security Company in Brooklyn, to ever service the security needs of our Building. As former law enforcement and a security professional, I am very familiar with security guards operations and procedures in high rise buildings and was very impressed. Sentinel Security Guards were quick in their response to my phone call for help on the 24th Floor of our Building and they were very proficient. This is a terrible company. They're always late with pay and if you try to contact them about it they just block your number and ignore you.
